Shipping policy

 

1. Delivery Area

We currently provide delivery services within Australia only.
Delivery to countries or regions outside Australia is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of AUD 80 or more (including AUD 80) qualify for free shipping.
Orders with a total value below AUD 80 will incur a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99.
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Order processing is based on our business hours:
10:00 – 17:00 (CET)

Orders placed and paid before 17:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once payment is confirmed, the order will enter the processing stage.
Processing time is 1–3 business days, including order verification, picking, packing, and shipment preparation.

5. Shipping Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 6–8 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Shipping Carriers

Depending on the order and delivery address, we may use one of the following carriers:

Australia Post
StarTrack
DHL Express

The final carrier will be determined at the time of shipment.

7. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information.
You may track your order on the “Order Tracking” page of our website by entering the email address or phone number used at checkout along with the order number.

8. Liability Statement

(1) Damaged or Lost Items
If you notice visible damage or missing items upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photos or descriptions so we can assist further.

(2) Delivery Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order enters processing or shipping, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us promptly to confirm available options in special circumstances.

(3) Delivery Address Responsibility
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Any consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses shall be borne by the customer.

9. Receipt and Inspection

Please inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery.
If any abnormalities are found, note them at the time of receipt or retain supporting evidence.
Once the delivery is signed for, the outer packaging is deemed to be in acceptable condition.
