1. Order Cancellation Conditions
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may contact us after receiving the product to request a return and refund. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Order Cancellation Process
To request an order cancellation, please contact Selonalti (hereinafter referred to as “we”) by email or phone and provide your order number, payment confirmation, and any other required information.
Our customer service team will review your request as soon as it is received. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange the refund accordingly.
3. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used at checkout, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and VISA.
Processing Time: Depending on your card-issuing bank, refunds are expected to be completed within 10–15 business days. If you do not receive the refund after this period, please contact us for assistance.
